These Terms govern your use of thorzix.com. By using the site you accept them; if you do not agree, please stop using it.
1. Provider

2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and able to enter binding agreements. Using the site for an organisation confirms your authority to do so.
3. Service scope
We compare publicly available coastal destinations, stays and planning information and link to third-party providers. We are not a tour operator, travel agency or booking platform. No reservation, confirmation, price guarantee or contract is created here. Any contract is made directly with the third party on their terms.
4. Accuracy and advertising
Prices, availability, ratings and recommendations are indicative and may change. Verify details with the provider before transacting. Promotional statements follow the Law of Ukraine “On Advertising” No. 270/96-VR of 03.07.1996 and must not mislead.
5. Acceptable use
Do not scrape content at scale, disrupt or reverse engineer the service, upload malicious code, impersonate others, or use the site unlawfully.
6. Intellectual property
Content, design, text and databases are owned by or licensed to thorzix.com, LLC. Commercial reproduction needs written permission; personal, non-commercial use is allowed.
7. Data and cookies
We process personal data under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” No. 3855-IX of 30.05.2024. Non-essential cookies are set only with prior consent. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice.
8. Consumer rights
Your statutory rights under the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991 are unaffected. Complaints: contact@thorzix.com; we reply within 30 days.
9. Tourism and language
Where tourism services are marketed, the operator is identified and the information required by the Law of Ukraine “On Tourism” No. 324/95-VR of 15.09.1995 is given. Consumer information is available in Ukrainian per Law No. 2704-VIII of 25.04.2019; this English text is supplementary.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect loss or for third-party acts, pricing or availability. Total liability is limited to UAH 1,000. Liability that cannot be excluded by law is not excluded.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms; the published version applies. Ukrainian law governs; disputes go to the competent courts of Ukraine.
